1. Operator, scope and acceptance
Dogs Cyprus is operated by AtlasNet Solutions Ltd, a company established in the Republic of Cyprus. References to “Dogs Cyprus”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean AtlasNet Solutions Ltd acting through the Dogs Cyprus platform.
These Services Directory Terms and Conditions govern every business, sole trader, professional, organisation or authorised representative that submits, claims, manages or pays for a business Listing in the Dogs Cyprus Services Directory.
By submitting or claiming a Listing, purchasing a Package, clicking acceptance online or continuing to use the Directory after acceptance, the Provider agrees to these Terms and confirms that it acts for purposes connected with its trade, business, craft or profession.
These Terms supplement the Dogs Cyprus general Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If there is a conflict concerning a Services Directory Listing, the following order applies: a separately signed agreement or written order confirmation, the Package schedule in force when the order was accepted, these Terms, and then the general Terms of Use.
Custom sponsorships, advertising campaigns, event agreements and future booking or payment services may be governed by separate written terms. They are not included unless expressly stated in the Provider’s order confirmation.

3. Nature of the Directory
The Directory helps Users discover and contact dog-related businesses and service providers. Dogs Cyprus provides listing, communication, promotional and membership-offer functionality. It does not itself provide veterinary care, grooming, training, boarding, walking, sitting, transport, insurance, rehabilitation or any other listed dog service.
Dogs Cyprus is not an animal-welfare authority, municipality, emergency service, broker, agent, insurer, veterinary practice, employer or representative of a listed Provider. A Listing, Featured label, Premium placement, article or promotional post does not constitute certification, endorsement or a guarantee of quality, safety, licensing, availability or suitability.
Unless and until separate booking terms are introduced, Users contact Providers directly. Dogs Cyprus is not a party to any quotation, booking, payment, cancellation, service contract, injury claim or other transaction between a Provider and a User.
4. Eligibility and authority
A Provider must be legally entitled to offer the services shown in its Listing and must maintain every licence, registration, qualification, permit and insurance required for its activities. The person accepting these Terms confirms that they are at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the Provider.
Dogs Cyprus may request evidence of identity, authority, qualifications, licences, insurance, business registration, address or other relevant information. Approval, refusal or removal of a Listing may be based on relevance, accuracy, safety, legal compliance, available capacity and these Terms.
5. Free Listings
Dogs Cyprus may create a Free Listing using information supplied by the business or information that is lawfully and publicly available. A Free Listing may include the business name, one category, telephone number, profile picture, full description and district or service area, as described in Schedule 1.
A business may request to claim, correct or remove a Free Listing. Dogs Cyprus may require verification before making changes. A Free Listing does not include paid contact buttons, working hours, photographs, external links, membership offers, Profile Statistics, a Featured label or priority placement.
Dogs Cyprus is not obliged to create or retain a Free Listing and may remove duplicate, closed, unverifiable, irrelevant or inaccurate entries after reasonable review.
6. Paid Packages and package benefits
The Standard, Featured and Premium Packages provide the benefits shown in Schedule 1 and in the Provider’s order confirmation. Prices are annual and exclude VAT.
Standard costs EUR 50 plus VAT and includes one category, normal placement and Basic Profile Statistics. Featured costs EUR 300 plus VAT and includes up to two approved categories, priority rotational placement, Detailed Profile Statistics, a Featured label and one static social-media post. Premium costs EUR 600 plus VAT and includes up to three approved categories, one rotating Premium Slot in the selected primary category, priority placement in up to two additional categories, Detailed Profile Statistics, one static social-media post, one social-media video, one website article and a 10% discount on eligible additional marketing services.
Package benefits apply only during an active Subscription Period unless a benefit has already been published and these Terms expressly permit it to remain. Dogs Cyprus may refuse a Package or category where eligibility, relevance or Premium availability cannot be confirmed.
7. Activation and subscription period
A paid Package is activated after full payment has been received and Dogs Cyprus has received the information and materials reasonably required to create or upgrade the Listing. Dogs Cyprus will confirm the activation date by email or through the Account.
The Subscription Period is 12 months from activation. Delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate or late Provider material do not require Dogs Cyprus to publish incomplete Content. Where activation is materially delayed for reasons solely within Dogs Cyprus’s control, the activation date will be adjusted fairly.
8. Fees, VAT and payment
Package fees are payable in advance. VAT and any clearly disclosed third-party charges are added where applicable. An invoice or receipt will be issued by AtlasNet Solutions Ltd.
Dogs Cyprus may withhold activation or paid benefits until cleared payment is received. The Provider is responsible for giving correct billing details and for any bank, payment-provider, currency-conversion or similar charges imposed on it.
Packages do not renew automatically unless the Provider separately gives clear authorisation for automatic renewal. Any future automatic-renewal arrangement will identify the amount, timing and cancellation method before authorisation.
9. Cancellation, refunds and termination by the Provider
A Provider may cancel before activation by written request. Dogs Cyprus will refund the Package fee less any non-recoverable third-party cost and the reasonable value of work already completed with the Provider’s agreement.
After activation or after an included promotional deliverable has entered production, Package fees are non-refundable if the Provider chooses to cancel, stops trading, does not supply material, does not use the benefits or no longer wishes to be listed, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
A Provider may ask at any time for its paid Listing to be removed or downgraded to Free. Removal or downgrade does not create a right to a refund for the unused period. Any Provider Content already published on social media or in an article is handled under Section 17.
If Dogs Cyprus permanently discontinues a paid Package without Provider breach and does not provide a reasonably equivalent replacement, Dogs Cyprus will offer a proportionate refund for the unused part of the Listing service after deducting the reasonable value of promotional benefits already delivered.
10. Renewal, expiry, downgrade and upgrades
Dogs Cyprus may invite the Provider to renew before expiry. Renewal is completed only when payment and any required updated information are received. The renewal price and benefits are those communicated for the new term.
At expiry, paid placement, labels, statistics access, membership-offer visibility and unused promotional benefits end. The Listing may revert to Free rather than being deleted. Information that is not included in Free may be hidden or removed.
A Provider may request an upgrade at any time. The price, credit for any unused period, activation date and revised Subscription Period will be confirmed in writing before payment. A downgrade during an active term does not create a refund right.
11. Listing information, categories and service areas
The Provider must keep its name, contact details, service information, prices, working hours, service areas, qualifications and Membership Offers accurate and current. Indicative prices must be clearly described as indicative where the final price depends on assessment, dog size, duration, distance or another factor.
Free and Standard include one approved category. Featured includes up to two approved categories. Premium includes up to three approved categories. A Provider may select only categories for services it genuinely provides. Dogs Cyprus may refuse, correct or remove an irrelevant category.
Premium top-three placement applies only to one selected primary category. A change of primary category requires Dogs Cyprus approval and an available Premium Slot. Other category changes may be approved where relevant. Dogs Cyprus may quote an additional administration fee before carrying out a substantial restructuring requested by the Provider.
District and service-area information is separate from category limits. Providers must not claim areas they do not realistically serve or use duplicate Listings to obtain additional visibility. Multiple locations, franchises or separate legal businesses may require separate Listings or a custom agreement.
12. Ranking, paid placement and rotation
The main parameters determining default Directory ranking are Package placement, selected category, the User’s district or service-area filter, relevance to the User’s search, Listing status and completeness, and rotational distribution within the applicable placement group. The User’s chosen filters or sort options may override the default order.
Payment directly affects ranking. Active Premium Listings receive the highest paid prominence in their selected primary category. A maximum of three Premium Providers may hold Premium Slots in a category. Those three Listings rotate among positions one, two and three so that exposure is distributed approximately equally over time; no Provider is permanently fixed in position one.
Featured Listings rotate within the priority section, after active Premium Listings and before Standard and Free Listings. Featured priority applies in up to two approved categories. Premium receives the same priority treatment in up to two additional approved categories beyond its primary category.
Where fewer than three Premium Listings are active, available positions may be filled by other relevant Listings. Normal placement applies to Standard and Free Listings. Within any group, Dogs Cyprus may use rotation, relevance, completeness, current operational status and User-selected filters to avoid misleading or repetitive results.
Featured and Premium Listings and paid promotional content may be marked as “Featured”, “Sponsored”, “Partner” or another clear disclosure. Ranking and rotation do not guarantee impressions, clicks, enquiries, bookings, customers, revenue or sales.
Dogs Cyprus may adjust ranking parameters to improve relevance, fairness, security or compliance. Material changes affecting business users will be notified in accordance with Section 26.
13. Profile statistics and access to data
Basic Profile Statistics consist of profile views where technically available. Detailed Profile Statistics consist of profile views and tracked interactions such as clicks on telephone, WhatsApp, email, website and Membership Offer links, where technically available.
Statistics are informational estimates. They may be affected by consent settings, browser restrictions, bot filtering, repeated visits, third-party services, technical outages and reporting delays. They are not audited and are not a guarantee of unique people, commercial leads or sales.
Dogs Cyprus has access to data submitted by the Provider, Account and billing data, communications with Dogs Cyprus, Content, moderation records and technical or usage data generated through the Listing. Dogs Cyprus uses this information to operate, secure, moderate, improve and report on the Directory, administer payments and comply with law.
The Provider has access to the information it submitted and to the Profile Statistics included in its Package. The Provider does not receive identifying data about Users unless a User chooses to contact the Provider directly or separately submits an enquiry with an appropriate legal basis. Dogs Cyprus may provide aggregate or anonymised platform insights that do not identify other Providers or Users.
Data may be shared with service providers needed for hosting, security, analytics, communications, payments, social-media publication and professional advice, as described in the Privacy Policy. Dogs Cyprus does not sell Provider or User personal data.
Within 30 days after expiry or termination, a Provider may request a reasonable electronic copy of its submitted Listing information and available Package statistics. Access may be limited by privacy, security, legal retention obligations and technical availability. Dogs Cyprus may retain legal records and anonymised or aggregated information after termination.
14. Membership Offers
An active Standard, Featured or Premium Provider may submit a Membership Offer for approval. The Provider must state the benefit, eligible services or products, locations, validity dates, redemption method, exclusions and any limits in clear language.
The Provider is solely responsible for funding, honouring and lawfully administering its Membership Offer. It must honour a valid offer for an eligible member during the published validity period and must not impose undisclosed conditions, misleading savings claims or discriminatory treatment.
Dogs Cyprus may verify membership through a digital card, account status, code, QR function or another reasonable method. The Provider must not copy, retain or use member personal data except where necessary and lawful for a transaction directly requested by the member.
A Provider must promptly request correction, suspension or withdrawal of an offer it can no longer honour. Changes do not operate retrospectively against a member who already completed a qualifying transaction. Dogs Cyprus may refuse or remove an offer that is unclear, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, expired or inconsistent with the membership programme.
The consumer membership programme is governed by separate member terms. Dogs Cyprus does not reimburse the Provider for a discount or offer unless a separate written agreement expressly says so.
15. Included promotional content
Featured includes one static social-media post during each Subscription Period. Premium includes one static social-media post, one social-media video and one article on the Dogs Cyprus website during each Subscription Period.
Dogs Cyprus controls the editorial format, platform, publication date and schedule, taking account of campaign plans, content quality and platform requirements. The Provider must supply accurate information and suitable materials within 30 days after a reasonable request, or by another agreed deadline.
A Provider should request and supply all material for an unused promotional benefit at least 60 days before expiry. If it fails to do so despite reminder, the unused benefit expires at the end of the Subscription Period without refund.
The included Premium video is produced from suitable Provider-supplied footage unless otherwise agreed. On-location filming, professional photography, actors, voice-over, extensive animation, advertising spend, travel, paid media, stock licences and advanced production are separately quoted.
Dogs Cyprus will normally allow one reasonable round of factual corrections before publication. Additional creative revisions, reshoots or changes caused by inaccurate or late Provider instructions may be quoted separately. All content remains subject to Dogs Cyprus editorial standards and the rules of the relevant social platform.
Published promotional content may remain online after the Subscription Period, but permanent availability, indexing, reach or retention is not guaranteed. Dogs Cyprus may edit, archive or remove content for legal, accuracy, safety, platform, technical or editorial reasons.
16. Premium marketing discount
During an active Premium Subscription Period, the Provider receives a 10% discount on eligible additional marketing services purchased from Dogs Cyprus and expressly identified as discountable in the quotation.
The discount does not apply to Package purchase or renewal, sponsorships, event fees, advertising spend, third-party costs, taxes or services supplied by another business. It cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another discount unless Dogs Cyprus agrees in writing.
17. Intellectual property and licence to use materials
The Provider retains ownership of its pre-existing trade marks, logos, photographs, videos and other Content. It grants Dogs Cyprus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, resize, crop, edit, translate, display, distribute and promote that Content as reasonably necessary to operate the Listing, deliver the Package and promote the Directory.
The licence lasts for the Subscription Period and, for Content already published in an included post, video or article, for as long as that published item remains available or archived. The Provider may request reasonable removal of its supplied material, but Dogs Cyprus cannot guarantee removal of third-party shares, caches, screenshots or lawful archives outside its control.
The Provider warrants that it owns or has permission to use and license all submitted Content, including images of people, animals, premises, music and trade marks. It must not submit material that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or confidentiality rights.
Dogs Cyprus and AtlasNet Solutions Ltd retain ownership of the Platform, Directory structure, software, design, Dogs Cyprus branding, templates, analytics methods and original creative work, excluding Provider Content. Unless a quotation states otherwise, the Provider may share a final published promotional item for its own business promotion with Dogs Cyprus attribution, but does not receive editable source files or ownership of Dogs Cyprus templates.
18. Prohibited content and conduct
A Provider must not submit Content or use the Directory in a way that:
- is unlawful, false, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, obscene or infringing;
- misrepresents identity, qualifications, licences, insurance, prices, availability, reviews, affiliations or results;
- promotes animal cruelty, neglect, unsafe handling, unlawful breeding or sale, prohibited products or conduct contrary to animal-welfare requirements;
- contains personal data without a lawful basis or exposes confidential, medical or financial information;
- contains malware, harmful code, spam, unauthorised advertising or deceptive links;
- manipulates rankings, creates duplicate Listings, submits fake interactions or attempts to circumvent Package limits;
- scrapes, copies, reverse engineers, overloads or interferes with the Platform without written permission; or
- uses Dogs Cyprus branding in a way that falsely suggests certification, ownership, agency, exclusivity or endorsement.
The Provider remains responsible for compliance with applicable professional, veterinary, insurance, consumer, advertising, tax, employment, animal-welfare, transport and other legal obligations relevant to its services.
19. Content moderation, reports and appeals
Dogs Cyprus may review Content before or after publication. Human review is the main basis for substantive Listing decisions. Automated tools may assist with spam detection, security, analytics, formatting, duplicate detection and other operational checks.
Anyone may report allegedly illegal, unsafe, inaccurate or rights-infringing Content through an available reporting form or by emailing info@dogscyprus.cy with the URL, the reason for the report and supporting information.
Dogs Cyprus will assess reports in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and proportionate manner. It may request evidence, correct information, restrict visibility, remove Content, suspend a benefit or take no action. Where required, Dogs Cyprus will provide the affected Provider with a clear statement of reasons, subject to legal, confidentiality, safety and anti-abuse limitations.
A Provider may challenge a moderation, restriction, suspension or termination decision by emailing info@dogscyprus.cy within six months of receiving the decision. The appeal should identify the decision and explain why it should be changed. Dogs Cyprus will review the appeal fairly and communicate the outcome in plain language.
20. Restriction, suspension and termination by Dogs Cyprus
Dogs Cyprus may restrict a Listing, suspend features, remove Content or terminate the relationship for non-payment, inaccurate or outdated information, failure to verify authority, misuse of categories or placement, breach of these Terms, unlawful or unsafe conduct, infringement, repeated complaints, platform manipulation, security risk, harm to Users or animals, closure of the business, or a legal or regulatory requirement.
For restriction or suspension, Dogs Cyprus will normally give the Provider a statement of reasons before or when the measure takes effect. For termination of the whole service, Dogs Cyprus will normally give at least 30 days’ prior notice and reasons.
Advance notice may be shortened or omitted where law requires immediate action, urgent action is reasonably necessary to address fraud, malware, spam, data breach, cybersecurity, animal-safety or User-safety risk, there is an imperative legal reason, or the Provider has repeatedly breached these Terms. A statement of reasons will be provided without undue delay where legally permitted.
The Provider will have a reasonable opportunity to clarify relevant facts through the complaints process. If a restriction or suspension is reversed, Dogs Cyprus will restore the Listing or applicable access without undue delay where technically possible.
Termination for Provider breach does not create a refund right. Termination does not affect rights, payments, liabilities or provisions intended to survive, including intellectual property, data retention, liability, indemnity and dispute provisions.
21. Provider relationships with Users
The Provider is solely responsible for its communications, quotations, prices, taxes, appointments, services, staff, subcontractors, equipment, facilities, transport, animals in its care, cancellations, refunds, complaints, insurance and compliance with law.
The Provider must give Users accurate pre-contract information and its own applicable service terms. Dogs Cyprus does not supervise or control the Provider and is not liable for the Provider’s acts, omissions, advice, service quality, injury, loss, delay, cancellation, non-payment or dispute.
Providers may offer different prices or conditions through their own channels. Dogs Cyprus does not require price parity or exclusivity unless a separate written sponsorship or campaign agreement expressly and lawfully provides otherwise.
22. Availability and service changes
Dogs Cyprus aims to keep the Directory available but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent operation. Maintenance, updates, cybersecurity incidents, hosting failures, internet outages, social-platform changes, third-party services and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
Dogs Cyprus may improve, replace or discontinue functionality. It will not materially reduce an active paid Package without reasonable notice unless required by law, security, safety or circumstances outside its control. Where a material paid feature is permanently withdrawn without a reasonably equivalent replacement, Section 9 applies.
No included benefit guarantees a particular search-engine position, social-platform reach, audience size, engagement, enquiry, booking, customer or sale.
23. Data protection and confidentiality
AtlasNet Solutions Ltd processes personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection law and the Dogs Cyprus Privacy Policy at https://dogscyprus.cy/privacy-policy/. Questions or rights requests may be sent to info@dogscyprus.cy.
The Provider must have a lawful basis for every item of personal data it submits, including staff names, direct contact details, testimonials and images of identifiable people. It must not submit special-category, criminal-offence or other sensitive data unless strictly necessary, lawful and expressly agreed.
When a User contacts a Provider directly, the Provider normally acts as an independent controller for the personal data it receives and is responsible for its own privacy information, security, retention and lawful use. Nothing in these Terms creates joint control or a processor relationship unless agreed separately in writing.
Public Listing information is not confidential. Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public business, technical and commercial information received from the other and will use it only for the relationship, professional advice or legal compliance. This duty does not apply to information already public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source or required to be disclosed by law.
24. Warranties, liability and indemnity
Each party warrants that it has authority to enter into these Terms. The Provider additionally warrants that its Listing, services, Membership Offers and Content are accurate, lawful, safe, properly licensed and do not infringe third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dogs Cyprus provides the Directory on an “as available” basis and excludes implied warranties concerning uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular commercial purpose and results. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to the preceding paragraph, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, consequential or special loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings. Dogs Cyprus is not liable for a Provider’s services, User conduct, third-party websites, social platforms, payment providers or events outside its reasonable control.
Subject to liability that cannot be limited by law, the total aggregate liability of AtlasNet Solutions Ltd arising from a Listing or Package will not exceed the greater of EUR 100 and the total fees paid by the Provider for that Package during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Provider will indemnify AtlasNet Solutions Ltd against reasonable third-party claims, losses, damages and costs arising from the Provider’s services, unlawful or misleading Listing, breached Membership Offer, submitted Content, infringement of rights or material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Dogs Cyprus. Dogs Cyprus will notify the Provider and allow reasonable participation in the defence. The Provider may not settle a claim admitting liability for Dogs Cyprus without written consent.
25. Complaints, dispute resolution and governing law
A Provider may submit a complaint free of charge to info@dogscyprus.cy. The complaint should identify the Provider, Listing, issue, relevant decision and requested outcome. Dogs Cyprus aims to acknowledge a complaint within five business days and provide a substantive response within 15 business days, although complex matters may take longer.
The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute through direct discussion. They may agree to use an independent mediator in Cyprus or another mutually acceptable EU location. Mediation does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or starting court proceedings.
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Subject to any mandatory law, the courts of the Republic of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction.
26. Changes to these Terms
Dogs Cyprus may update these Terms. Proposed changes affecting existing Providers will be sent on a durable medium, normally email or Account notification, at least 15 days before they take effect. A longer period will be provided where reasonably necessary for significant technical or commercial adaptation.
The Provider may terminate before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, subject to any rights that cannot be waived. Changes may take effect sooner where required by law or exceptionally necessary to address an unforeseen and imminent risk involving fraud, malware, spam, data breach, cybersecurity, Users or Providers.
Changes will not be applied retroactively unless required by law or beneficial to Providers. The version and effective date will be published with the Terms.
27. Notices and general provisions
Dogs Cyprus may send notices to the email address associated with the Account, the billing contact or another address supplied by the Provider. The Provider must keep its contact information current. Notices to Dogs Cyprus should be sent to info@dogscyprus.cy or to the postal address on the cover page.
Neither party is liable for delay caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil disorder, government action, widespread network failure, power failure, cyberattack or failure of a critical third-party platform, provided reasonable mitigation is used.
The Provider may not transfer its Package or these Terms without Dogs Cyprus’s written consent. AtlasNet Solutions Ltd may transfer the relationship to an affiliate, purchaser or successor operating Dogs Cyprus, provided the Provider’s existing rights are not materially reduced and notice is given.
These Terms, the Package schedule, order confirmation and incorporated policies form the entire agreement for the Directory service. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. If a provision is invalid, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue. No person other than the parties has a right to enforce these Terms.
Headings are for convenience. Words such as “including” are illustrative and not limiting. Electronic acceptance and records are valid. If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Schedule 1. Package summary
This Schedule summarises the agreed package benefits. A separately signed agreement or written order confirmation may add or vary benefits for a specific Provider.
