Dogs Cyprus is an online platform that may include dog-related listings, lost and found posts, adoption and rehoming posts, business listings, shelter and rescue listings, dog-friendly places, informational content and related digital services.
Dogs Cyprus acts as a platform for displaying and sharing information. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Dogs Cyprus is not a party to any agreement, arrangement, communication, transaction, adoption, rehoming arrangement, service booking, donation or other dealing between users or between users and third parties.
Any communication, agreement or transaction between users, businesses, shelters, rescues or other third parties takes place outside the platform and at the users’ own responsibility.
3. Eligibility
By using the platform, you confirm that:
• you are at least 18 years old, or
• you are using the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
4. User Accounts
Certain features may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading or incomplete information, or that are used in breach of these Terms.
5. User Content and Listings

By uploading content to the platform, you grant Dogs Cyprus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, display, reproduce, adapt, publish and distribute that content for the operation, promotion and improvement of the platform.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
• post false, misleading or deceptive listings or information,
• impersonate any person or entity,
• use the platform for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent purposes,
• harass, threaten or exploit other users,
• upload viruses, malicious code or harmful material,
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users’ accounts,
• copy, scrape, harvest or exploit content or data from the platform without permission,
• use the platform in a way that may damage, disable or impair its operation.
7. Listings, Businesses, Shelters, Rescues and Third Parties
Dogs Cyprus may display listings and profiles submitted by private users, businesses, shelters, rescues and other third parties.
Where relevant, users, businesses, shelters, rescues or other listing providers may be required to indicate whether they are acting as a trader, organisation or private individual. Dogs Cyprus may display or rely on that status for transparency, user information and platform administration purposes.
Dogs Cyprus does not endorse, verify, guarantee or assume responsibility for:
• the identity, conduct or authority of users or third parties
• the legality, safety, accuracy or condition of any listing or profile
• the outcome of any communication, agreement, transaction, reservation, adoption, rehoming arrangement or service engagement
Users are solely responsible for carrying out their own checks before communicating, meeting, buying, donating, booking or entering into any arrangement with another user or third party.
8. Lost and Found, Adoption and Rehoming Content
Dogs Cyprus provides visibility tools to help users share dog-related posts and information. We do not guarantee recovery, adoption outcomes, rehoming outcomes, availability, suitability, ownership status, health condition or the truthfulness of any claim made in a listing.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is lawful, accurate and appropriate.
9. Informational Content
The platform may include articles, guides, legal information, emergency contacts and other informational content. This content is provided for general information only and should not be considered legal, veterinary, medical, professional or other regulated advice.
You should seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
10. Donations and External Links
Dogs Cyprus may include links or redirects to third-party websites, including shelter, rescue, donation or business pages.
Dogs Cyprus does not collect, process or control donations made on third-party websites unless expressly stated otherwise. Any donation, payment or transaction made on a third-party website is strictly between you and that third party.
We are not responsible for the content, services, payment handling, privacy practices or availability of external websites.
11. Future Paid Services
Dogs Cyprus may in the future introduce paid features, including memberships, business listings, promotional services, subscriptions, e-commerce functionality or other paid services.
If and when such services are launched, additional terms, policies or commercial conditions may apply.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all platform content, branding, design, text, graphics, logos, layout and software relating to Dogs Cyprus are owned by or licensed to Dogs Cyprus and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

• use of or inability to use the platform,
• user content or third-party content,
• communications or dealings between users or third parties,
• external websites, services or payment pages,
• errors, interruptions, delays or security incidents.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dogs Cyprus, AtlasNet Solutions Ltd and their directors, officers, employees and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising out of or connected with:
